The four-storey office building 40Ten is located in the Canton district of Baltimore, US. 40Ten is part of "The Collective", a mixed-use project developed by 28 Walker.
At the time of completion in 2022, it was the first building to be constructed with mass timber in the city of Baltimore.

The three upper floors were built as a post and beam construction using glued laminated timber of the wood species spruce with larch used for the exterior beams, supplied by the HASSLACHER group.
