In the choice of building materials for this building, traditional building materials were taken into account, but interpreted in a contemporary way. Thus, a building made of cross laminated timber and enclosures made of thermo wood and artificial stone were designed. The facades were made of dark wood and recall the large central areas of the farmhouses and their annexes in the region around Zaramato, while the concrete used for the basement was treated by hydroabrasion.
