The basement is made of reinforced concrete and was partially dug into the gently sloping terrain. The two upper floors are built of prefabricated cross-laminated timber elements with exposed surfaces in the region of the walls and ceilings, the exterior walls are designed as a timber frame construction. The façade system consists of untreated larch and pre-greyed planking. The various rooms are arranged around the atrium in the centre of the building.
