New Motorhome for Formula 1

Red Bull Racing F1 Team Hospitality 2019 is a new motorhome for Aston Martin Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Toro Rosso. The 3-story-creation has a floor space of 1,200 m² and was planned and constructed in just seven months. A special feature is that this building can be assembled by 25 people, two cranes and two lifters in just 32 hours at any racing track in Europe.

Excellent cross laminated timber surfaces – The innovation

The HASSLACHER Group is a pioneer in the development of various cross laminated timber surfaces. With the HASSLACHER lamella, new standards were set in terms of crack and joint formation due to the locked structure. When calculating the static and fire designs, there is no need to differentiate between a HASSLACHER excellence lamella and a solid wood lamella.

Comfort and thermal floorboards – The all-rounders

The HASSLACHER Group’s thermal floorboards are characterised by high structural stability and durability as well as an impeccable surface appearance. This is made possible by the rift arrangement of a solid larch rod lamella as the carrier material and by bonding with a thin layer of thermally modified hardwood (ash or birch).

Glued laminated timber – The engineering timber beam

Glued laminated timber has been the prime product of the wood industry for over 100 years. At four locations, the HASSLACHER Group produces glued laminated timber in straight form or as special components. Heights of up to 4 m, lengths of up to 42 m and strength classes of up to GL32 comprise the broad product portfolio. Stateof-the-art production facilities extract the optimum from the valuable raw wood and a large number of machines provide the necessary flexibility. This enables just-in-time deliveries to construction sites at any time.
