In 2014, in addition to the office in Khünburg near Hermagor, DI Herwig Ronacher decided to build a new office building with 6 holiday apartments in Annenheim on Lake Ossiach. The 6 holiday apartments in the immediate vicinity of the Gerlitz Kanzelbahn – Carinthia's first 4-seater gondola lift – with a panoramic view of Lake Ossiach, are intended to make the quality of the work, including interior design, an experience for guests and interested customers in the form of show apartments. The walls in cross-laminated timber were executed with Exzellent surface in Swiss stone pine and oak. Glue laminated larch timber was used for the exterior balconies.
