Haus Sonnenleiten in Gnesau is a timber structure situated transverse to the slope on four levels with the third level designed as a retreat, gallery and visitors' department which ends on level four as a bedroom. The most important room is the centrally located square living room with an open fire and gallery floor which is generously glazed and spanned over three floors by a structurally sophisticated supporting structure.
