      For the pedestrian bridge "Ziegeleiareal Lufingen", only 8 m³ of glulam with a span of 18.4 m was used for the two truss girders. The horizontal bracing as well as the vertical loads are taken over by an 80 mm thick cross laminated timber panel. For the assembly in Switzerland, about 1,000 kg of steel parts were still necessary. Due to the high-quality joinery, the parts could be assembled quickly and without additional effort.
