HASSLACHER NORICA TIMBER, from wood to wonders
HASSLACHER NORICA TIMBER, from wood to wonders

      Raser single family dwelling

The Raser single family dwelling in Eastern Styria can be referred to as a pilot project in the use of hardwood as cross-laminated timber. It was possible to save approximately 15% of the volume in the cross-laminated timber due to the high mechanical properties of the birch wood used. The surfaces were also provided with an Exzellent lamella which ensures an appearance free from joints and cracks. All the visible surfaces were executed in birch.
