This project has got 6 floors with extra high ceilings, thus reaches the height of 34m. This means that it is one of the highest wooden buildings in Sweden at the moment. 2,300 m³ of CLT were used to build the three housing units. Extensive precutting was needed to set the panels in their exact places. Due to the good planning and managment the building could be finished in only 5 months.
